Prime Servis Ambulance aircrafts are authorized by the Ministry of Health. All necessary medical crew and equipments for intensive care are ready for our patients.
We have experienced medical doctor and assistant medical personnel on board. Also, ground ambulance service is provided without any charge in Turkey. Patients are taken care of from hospital to airport then to their final destination.
After your confirmation, we can take off within 2 hours, assuming that all paperworks and necessary documents are provided.
Depending on the destination we can have 1 or 2 person on board for accompanying the patient.

We arrange flight permitions, prepare the aircraft, and study our contingencies; the medical team will be at the airport on the patient’s arrival.

Prime Servis Ambulance Helicopters provide a safe and fast air medical transport to anywhere in the world. Our aircrafts are transformed for providing Intensive Care Unit environment with medical equipments in the air. Our aircrafts have standardized compressor, oxygen tank, stretcher and defibrillator. In addition to those we can supply respirator, injection pump, infusion pump, pacemaker, aeraemania analyzer, suction unit, portable incubator.
On each flight certified Nurse and Paramedic team escorts to the patient. Prime Servis medical team is highly trained and experienced for safe medical transport.
