Yacht Management

Our Yacht Management team consists of expert individuals, with proven experience in the mega-yacht industry. In addition to their professional experience our team specializes in a situational approach to requests and demands, enabling them to deliver optimum results with maximum efficiency in all aspects of yacht management.

Our clients trust us because we treat their yachts as if they were our own. Our team works continually to ensure each yacht operates cost effectively and efficiently while fostering excellent relations with the captain and crew.

Our work starts with building yearly budget, once we get an approval from the owner; we follow tasks one by one and prepare monthly report to the owner. This report consists of the progress of each job, explanations of the tasks and unplanned but necessary jobs that should be done along the year/period. 

Our aim is to focus with cost optimization while keeping the yacht with “ready for sale condition”. 

On a daily basses we are dealing with:

• Crew and team control 
  • We do the crew payment and invoice to you once a month. 
  • New crew Recruitment
  • Crew agreements and administrations 
• Budgeting and budget control
• On-going Yacht accounting –  by working with us you have one invoice per month instead of day to day running cost hassle 
• Insurance applications
• Maintenance, warranties control and jobs supervising
• Flag and Class Certification (Rine, BV, etc.) administrations
• Legal matters – if needed
• Winterizing or Refit Supervision (If needed)

You can be sure that there will be a flat price on a monthly bases. We don’t charge any commissions from any suppliers or contractors, our cost is fixed for all the period of the agreement.

Once the yacht gets under our management we will charge the owner only about our out of pocket expenses such as transportation to the yacht or accommodation if any.
